Introduction

the company has the advantages of high integration, high

and reliable use. The working medium is water, compressed air and
AB foam. Foam extinguishing agents can be classified into type a
foam extinguishing agents and B foam extinguishing agents according
to their usage and characteristics. B type foam extinguishing
agents can be divided into non water-soluble foam extinguishing
agents (such as protein foam extinguishing agents, fluorinated
protein foam extinguishing agents, "light water" foam extinguishing
agents), and anti foam fire extinguishing agents (gel type anti
foam fire extinguishing agents, water film forming anti foam fire
extinguishing agents, fluorine soluble proteins). Foam
extinguishing agent, film forming protein anti foam extinguishing
agent, film forming fluorine protein anti foam extinguishing agent,
medium multiple anti foam extinguishing agent. It can be selected
according to the needs of users. The equipment adopts the
integrated and intelligent design concept, with the advantages of
automatic flow regulation, accurate and controllable mixing ratio
for a long time, low consumption of fire extinguishing media, and
significant fire suppression effect. When the system works, the
three-phase flow medium quickly generates high quality foam mixture
with fine, uniform, stable and unbreakable particles in the pipe
network, which is effectively adsorbed on the surface of the
combustible material after the output of the terminal jet device,
thus achieving a rapid suppression of the scene fire and
effectively preventing the fire from re burning. Field test shows
that the fixed compressed air foam fire extinguishing device can be
fully adapted to the fire protection needs of large fire sites. It
is mainly applicable to large oil immersed power transformer,
petrochemical industry, ship deck, ship bilge, high-rise building,
subway, gas station and other places.
Principle
The high energy storage foam mixture provided by the CAFS system
consists of water, foam liquid and compressed air. It not only has
the function of heat absorption and isolation, but also can fully
refine and foam the foam mixture, enhance the ability to penetrate
into the combustion chamber or adhere to the surface of the
combustible material, reduce the surface tension of water and
increase the specific surface area of water, improve the water
permeability and increase the coverage area of water. Thus, the
reaction of the combustion chain can be prevented quickly and
effectively, the fire extinguishing efficiency can be greatly
improved, and the fire extinguishing water can be obviously saved.
When the air compressor of the system works independently, it can
be used as the air source of emergency rescue equipment, or it can
directly spray compressed air to disperse smoke and toxic gas in
the fire.
