Product overview

"Huayu" vehicle-mounted fire pump have high-low pressure, medium-low pressure, and medium pressure ,which developed by the company with independent intellectual property rights, the production standard exceed the China's national standards and enterprise standards. The products have compact structure, light weight, full function, easy maintenance, safe and reliable use etc., and which is an ideal supporting product for the new generation of fire engines. This series of products has reached the international advanced level.

The vehicle-mounted fire pump mainly consists of a low pressure and high pressure (medium pressure) centrifugal pump, gear box, piston water pump, 6% automatic proportional foam mixer, control valve and instruments. Its overflow components are made of high-strength aluminum alloy and stainless steel. On the low-pressure outlet pipe are two or four low-pressure water gun outlets, one low-pressure water cannon outlet and one injection outlet of water supply tank water, with two high pressure (medium pressure) water gun outlets; the piston water pump can form a maximum vacuum of 92kPa.

Feature

• The pump set has high efficiency and good anti-cavitation performance.
• Automatic water diversion: during firefighting, external water can be automatically pumped for fire protection without auxiliary water diversion equipment.
• Foam fire protection: fire protection can be carried out with 3% or 6% foam mixture.
• A variety of water sources: during firefighting, the water in the water tank of the fire truck, provided by the fire hydrant, or external water sources such as river water, well water, sea water can be used.
• Many working conditions of the pump set: low-pressure working condition, high-pressure working condition I, high-pressure working condition II, high-low pressure combined working condition are available for selection.
• Wide input speed selectivity: it can be paired with vehicles of a variety of speed.
