- Constant pressure fire fighting
In addition to the constant speed control mode of the conventional
fire fighting system, through the configuration of speed PID
regulating ring and pressure PID regulating ring for double loop
control, the constant pressure water supply is realized accurately,
stably and rapidly, the personal safety of the fire fighters is
effectively protected, and the fire extinguishing efficiency is
improved.
Program parameters can be set through the human-computer interface;
the pressure value at the pump outlet can be set by the user. After
the commissioning is completed, the daily fire signal can
automatically start the fire fighting unit without manual
operation.
- three ways of temperature control
The system provides three ways of temperature control devices for
room temperature, water temperature of water tank and water
temperature of pipeline system, which can automatically start and
stop heating according to the feedback information of temperature
sensor, keep each temperature control point within a certain range,
effectively prevent water icing, and ensure the fire protection
system can be put into operation at any time.
The automatic charger ensures that the engine is ignited at full
voltage at any time; the fully automatic battery charger has the
characteristics of constant voltage, constant current, trickle
current and short circuit resistance.
6. Remote network control
It is equipped with remote control communication port, which is
connected with computer, and can display various states such as
alarm, protection, fault signal, etc., so as to realize remote and
comprehensive monitoring of unit operation.
7.full automatic foam proportioning
The system is equipped with a fully automatic foam proportioning
device. It can automatically suck the foam liquid proportionally
and form a foam mixture of 30, O or 6%.
8. Self priming function
It can be equipped with a full-automatic vacuum water diversion
pump to realize the self-priming function without external power,
and the water will be automatically separated after being led up.

The pump group with less than 200L/S flow can bring its own full
automatic foam proportioning mixer, that is, internal mixing, and
it can also be achieved by setting up another mixer outside the
pump (that is, plug-in type). The fire pump group with a flow rate
of 200L/S or more needs to be installed outside the pump by
external mixer (i.e. plug-in). Users can choose the form of foam or
foam mixture.
The pump set with flow below 200L / s can also realize self suction
function, that is, it is equipped with full-automatic vacuum water
pump for water diversion, which can be selected by users.
Structural features
1. High strength aluminum alloy fire pump (only for pumps below
200L / s)
It has the characteristics of compact structure, pollution-free and
light weight. The outlet pipe and outlet valve with fire hose
interface can be directly connected with the hose (flange
connection can also be changed according to the user's
requirements).
2. Single garbage double suction horizontal split centrifugal pump
The suction inlet and discharge outlet are under the axial line of
the pump, and perpendicular to the axial line. When maintenance is
carried out, all parts in the pump can be taken out as long as the
pump cover is opened, and the pump body, suction pipeline and
discharge pipeline need not be disassembled, so the maintenance is
extremely convenient.
3. Shaft seal
Adopt soft packing or mechanical seal, the mechanical seal is not
limited by the rotation direction.
